I cant add a odbc

Hi, how the subject say. I have problems for register
databases server or odbc. When i try to do it, the
enterprise manager send the next message:
A connection could not be established to "SERVER"
Reason: Specified driver could not be loaded due to
system error 126 (SQL Server)
In the otherwise the odbc send the next error:
The setup routines fot the SQL Server ODBC driver
could not be loaded due to system error 126
Please, help me.

I suggest installing the latest MDAC 2.8 version that you can download from
www.microsoft.com/data.
