i can't deploy a report from SQL Server Business Intellegience Development Studio

TITLE: Microsoft Report Designer

A connection could not be made to the report server http://localhost/ReportServer.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

The request failed with HTTP status 405: Method not allowed. (Microsoft.ReportingServices.Designer)

BUTTONS:

I have installed:

* SQL Server 2005 Express Edition SP1

* SQL Management Studio Express

* SQL Server 2005 Express Edition with Advanced Services SP1

* SQL Server 2005 Express Edition Toolkit SP1

I'm trying to create a simple report, that display only a list of names. "Select * From Table"

Any ideas?

switch the logging mode of SQL Server Reporting Services to Verbose and try it again, post the specific log snippets of the log according the error to the forum.

I uninstalled SQL Server Express and all its components, and reinstalled the SQL Express SP1 Edition, i'm no longer going to use the reporting services anymore, as long as i know that SQL Server Express can create reports and deploy it to, other computers. I'm ok, and Thanks for the reply to my Message.
