I am trying to connect to my Sql Server 2000 with Windows 2003 server, using
a VPN.
In my firewall I opened port 1433 and 1434.
I setup mi Client Network Utility:
- General: TCP/IP ENABLED
- Alias: TCP/IP, SERVER IP, AND PORT 1433
If I ping to my server it response very fast (400ms or less), but I cannot
connect using Query Analyzer.
Using the same VPN I can connect to my Unix server using Telnet.
